Neither. Jaavo has no accounts and no server. Everything you enter — companies, job titles, notes, goals — is stored entirely on your device.
If you delete Jaavo from your device, all of your applications and notes will be permanently lost. There is no cloud backup because the app is fully local. If you want to preserve your data, do not delete the app.
Jaavo’s data is included in your device’s standard iCloud or iTunes backup (if you have backups enabled in iOS Settings). Restoring your device from a backup will restore your Jaavo data. Jaavo itself does not sync between devices.
Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not by Jaavo. To cancel:
No. Cancelling Pro will not delete any of your applications. Pro only unlocks additional capacity and features beyond the free tier.
Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, and request a refund for Jaavo. If you need help, email us at the address above.
Jaavo’s auto-fill works best with LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, and Handshake. Some sites block automated reading — in that case you can still paste the URL and fill in the details manually. Email us the URL if you’d like us to add better support for that site.
